Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking.
Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the start time. Late cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred.
You may cancel or reschedule a group class up to 12 hours before it begins. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of that class credit no refunds or transfers will be issued.
Private and duet sessions require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
Introductory offer classes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They are not transferable to another person.
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each class in your pack is subject to the standard 12-hour cancellation policy.
Unlimited memberships require a minimum commitment period as stated at purchase. Early cancellation of a membership is not permitted within the minimum term.
Studio hire bookings require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel. Deposits are non-refundable.
